We will work with your organization to create and deploy an instance of the EZCloudSales^® cloud-based solution.

API Integration Specs

A detailed document listing the integration capabilities, structure, and fields that will be supplied to you.

Online Training Video

Users will have access to web-based training video detailing the usage of the system.

Web-Based Support and Maintenance

Online and email support will be available to resolve your issues. Technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PST).

Web- and Phone-Based Support and Maintenance

Online, email, and phone support is available to help you resolve your issues with our products. Available times are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; as well as Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Holidays are excluded.

Web-Based Admin Training – One Two-Hour Session

Users will be able to participate in an online training session with one of our trainers.

Project Management

We will work with you to manage the setup, implementation, and training activities associated with the deployment of the EZCloudSales^® solution.

System Documentation

Physical copies of a User Manual and Quick Reference Guide will be provided.

System Configuration – One Day

One day is dedicated to the installation of your system. One of our technicians will ensure the system is set up and operating as expected.
